About the role
Good AI needs good data. You’ll build reliable pipelines and a clean data platform that feeds models, dashboards, and regulatory reporting — with privacy and lineage baked in from the start.
What you'll do
- Build and operate batch and streaming data pipelines
- Model clean, well-documented datasets for analytics and ML
- Provide the feature pipelines our ML team relies on
- Bake in data quality, lineage, and privacy controls
- Support accurate, auditable regulatory and financial reporting
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in data engineering
- Strong SQL and a modern data stack (warehouse, dbt, orchestration)
- Python for pipelines and tooling
- Care for data quality, governance, and privacy
- Comfortable in an async, remote team
Nice to have
- Streaming (Kafka/Flink) experience
- Feature stores and ML data pipelines
- Fintech / regulated-data experience
